The Fairytale Dress, by Tie Dye Diva, has been and always will be one of my favorite patterns. Every time I have made one, they have sold very quickly. This girl tickles me to death, no, literally, she was trying to tickle me with that flower. This is one of my favorite fabrics. I paired it up with a teal and a “pastel” chevron bottom. Flamingo Ellie

Loo has always LOVED flamingos. When we lived in Louisville, we went to the zoo, literally almost every day during the summer, and at least twice a month during the rest of the months of the year. Loo would always love to stop and look at all the little flamingos. On Wednesday we went to a Mom’s Group, and Loo saw a little girl there, and she had on a cute little vintage pinafore with matching bloomers. When we got in the car, Loo requested a flamingo dress. Little Man requested an “older brother” too, so, of the two, I figured this was MUCH easier to accomplish. Whole dress constructed, cut, and sewn in less than two hours with multiple stops. 

Ahoy Ellie Set- Custom Order

When you are creatively minded, you always LOVE a great challenge. I have never made a size 8 anything, ever, and two dresses in less than a week… (she needs them by June 1st). This dress was born out of an idea, and I LOVE how it came out. It is just what I wanted it to be. Please don’t mind the mannequins, they aren’t the right sizes, but, I had to get a picture of how cute it was before I shipped them out. They are going to be shipped out to two very special girls today. Time to complete a two piece order, completely custom, and ship, less than a week!
